• E-commerce Platforms: Orders through Shopee, Blibli, Tokopedia follow platform policies

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility:

• Products damaged during shipping
• Products received in expired or near-expiry condition
• Wrong products delivered
• Sealed products only (for health and safety reasons)

5.2 Return Process: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product issue.

5.3 Refund Policy: Approved returns will be refunded within 7-14 business days.
